大家好，我用手機，所以排版會有點亂 我想問問大家，在工作的時候別人或自己犯小錯會怎麼做?! 小錯定義:遇到可以馬上修正的事 我個人是別人犯小錯，會去修改，若再發生第2或3次再跟對方說 最近，因為上班約快半年，老鳥(多來我2個約月)ㄧ直抓小錯 感覺都故意(直接放在群組,有老闆在) 其實之前有跟他吵架，那件事要先經過a才會有b 但ㄧ開始沒做到a所以發生b，剛好又是我值班， 當下我沒注意到，我知道我有錯的地方，但是， 是有人沒做a才發生的阿!!所以我覺得大家都有錯 老鳥就不爽，說是你沒注意到，為什麼大家都有錯?! 但我覺得大家是個團隊，互相幫忙是應該的， 不過好顯，他做到月中而已... -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.253.89.118 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400089464.A.393.html
