我代替我的朋友發問因為他的電腦怕開機之後關不了機

內容 :

我是用GOOGLE瀏覽器的
中午我用我的USB存圖片之後我安全移除了然後我電腦就放著
我就拿我的USB去便利超商列印之後我回來繼續使用電腦目前為止都還很正常
可是我發現工作列整個變成透明的要鼠標滑過去才會顯示開始裡面的關機鍵待命等等的都消失了
而且右下角的時鐘也不會動了語言列也整個消失不見
而且當關閉我的瀏覽器的時候工作列上面也顯示我還沒關
後來要用Ctrl+Alt+Del才有辦法關機
有防毒軟體而且瀏覽的網頁也都顯示是安全的並無偵測到病毒的跡象
開始裡面的列表也變透明的
瀏覽器點兩下開不了用右鍵也無法開啟 (因為按右鍵的時候內容變透明無法點)
他還跳出小視窗說:錯誤的指令
連資源回收桶也不能開
