小弟8年前在PCB廠做過助工來和大家試算我前公司一個底薪22K作業員的月薪順便給各位參考一下X大的月薪是否很優渥? 7月份為例:如果每天工時13小時(3班2輪)(扣掉中&晚餐各30分鐘),月修4天的薪資 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7月份有31日扣除8天週休假日,7月上班日為23天每天工作8小時計算,時薪約為120元/h 依勞基法規定上班時數由第9小時起為1.33倍第11小時起為1.66倍, 所以每天的薪資因為 960(元/8hr) + 319(元/2hr) + 398(元/2hr) = 1677元/天(13小時) 本薪第9~10小時加班費第11~12小時加班費 7月正常工作天為23天 1677元/天*23天=38571元/月假日出勤薪資為2倍(若遇過年出勤或是颱風假還可以補休) 所以出勤4天加日班薪資為 240(元/小時)*12(小時)=2880元/假日天一個月假日出勤4天: 2880*4=11520元/假日加班費 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 一個作業員只要肯加班就有50091元/月這還沒加上績效獎金重點是有冷氣吹所以X大的工作環境又沒比較好,錢也沒特別多,還論件計酬當然不會是一般人首選 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.130.38.208
