記者呂炯昌、莊雨琳／台北報導 甫向總統馬英九報告軍中人權改革方案的國防部長高華柱，今(26)日傍晚5點出席國防部召開記者會。高華柱表示，洪仲丘事件的這起悲劇，國防部朝三大方向檢討，他並強調，「證據到哪裡就辦到哪裡」。 高華柱表示，洪仲丘的這起悲劇檢討主要包括三個方向：未依法行政，既定政策管理不當，人員急救有所缺失等，國防部將針對軍法改革，落實申訴制度等13項，進行深入改革。 高華柱強調，「證據到哪裡就辦到哪裡」，此外，馬總統和行政院院長江宜樺也特別指派政務委員林政則協助此事。
