立法院周五表決核四公投案，國民黨立委吳育昇提出「核四安檢完成，才啟動核四公投」提案，讓表決橫生變數，提案有58位國民黨立委連署。國民黨立法黨團書記長賴士葆表示，明天國民黨黨團大會通過附帶決議，再度宣示「沒有核安，就沒有核四」。

吳育昇表示，承諾核四的安檢報告一定會在公投前出爐，和行政院長江宜樺沒有核安，就沒有核四的承諾一致。賴士葆表示，周五核四表決，黨內應該已經搞定了。明天黨團大會，將會通過附帶決議，行政部門對核四的安檢時程，一定會有承諾，讓立委可以挺公投案。
