抄襲他人美食文章 副教授遭訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北31日電）張姓副教授被控在部落格發表美食文章，涉嫌抄襲他人文章。台北地檢署調查後，今天依違返著作權法起訴張男。

檢方指出，夏姓男子在民國94年9月間因拜讀一名新聞網記者撰寫的文章，對於關西牛肉的敘述，引起他的共鳴，因此撰寫讀者投書評論文章，內容近2000字。

檢方表示，夏姓男子在去年10月間，發現張姓教授在部落格發表文章，沒有表明出處，內容明顯抄襲他的文章，因此控告張男。

檢方偵辦期間，張男否認犯罪，雙方談和解時，夏男求償新台幣94萬元，但張男不願賠償。

張姓副教授的部落格已經關閉。

北檢今天偵結，認定張姓副教授犯案明確，依違反著作權的擅自重製他人著作等罪嫌起訴。1020731
