不上凱道掀「國防布」， 就永無真相

昨晚下士凌虐致死案，涉案重大的四名被告，被法官裁定以15萬元至30萬元交保。雖然整個過程就法律上來說一切是依法辦理（無逃亡、再犯或串供滅證之虞，都過了十幾天才辦，怎麼可能現在才串供滅證），不過四名被告與軍檢及軍方的態度讓一般民眾感到失望無比，不只被告在訊問時回答「不知道」、「不清楚」還讓法官大罵，甚至官階最小的羔羊也在開庭時就說要「行使緘默權」，就道德上來說絲毫沒有反省自己的所為，這才是讓群眾憤怒上凱道的最大原因。
