待退不背值星？　洪姊:能說不背就不背嗎

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案偵結起訴，軍檢報告中提到，洪仲丘曾經以待退為由，拒絕背直星，引發多人不滿。

對此洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，「弟弟只是一個下士，能夠說不背就不背嗎？」質疑軍檢報告想要汙衊洪仲丘，而捏造事實。
