蹓狗不清狗便　正義哥挺身嗆「下面就爛掉」

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆1名楊姓男子平日喜歡蹓狗閒逛，今年5月份時，楊男的愛犬竟在基隆體育館外面大便，楊男沒清理就直接離開，剛好被路過的童姓正義哥發現，當場要求楊男清理，兩人一言不和大聲互嗆，楊男不認狗便是愛犬所放，童男也大罵「是男人就認，不然就下面爛掉！」，楊男一聽勃然大怒竟以妨害名譽告上法院。

基隆地檢署審判後認為童男想願與對方和解，只是楊男不肯，又出於善意因此裁定聲請簡易判決。
