因為小孩大了要買新房子.. 現在是住在民族路二段(很靠近新屋交流道)的巷子裡面社區...中壢市的房子現在都幾乎到18 萬/坪以上..新的都 20萬以上了..所以負擔不起..除非買舊房子..

想說買觀音地區比較靠近中壢較便宜若是有中古透天也可以考慮.. 因為現在新的社區大樓公設比都40% 以我住大樓的經驗公設幾乎都沒用到..

看了 591..房仲資料想請問買在觀音的話買在觀音靠近中壢市..大約是民族路三段附近2~3公里的地方 ..10~20年後好賣嗎?

因為觀音真的很偏僻..雖然說有甚麼桃園科技園區..以後小孩結婚了就不和他們住就把房子賣掉所以也要考慮會不會很難脫手
