市府與胖達人 明早協商賠償退費方式

「胖達人」麵包標榜天然食材卻被查出使用人工香精，長期欺瞞消費者，北市府上午要求胖達人儘速擬定賠償方案，同時應採「從寬認定」，只要消費者提出發票或信用卡簽單，不管購買時間，都能獲得退費補償。

北市法務局長蔡立文指出，明天上午10時北市消保官將與胖達人協商退費和賠償機制，除了提出單據的消費者，胖達人有發行會員卡，應先過濾會員的消費紀錄，主動賠償。
