歐盟專家今起進行核電廠測試報告審查

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】原能會今表示，歐盟歐洲核安管制者組織（ENSREG）9人專家小組接受原能會邀請，從今天起進行為期10天的「台灣核能電廠壓力測試國家報告」同行審查(Peer Review)工作。

原能會指出，這項工作是針對原能會審查我國4座核電廠壓力測試報告後撰寫的國家報告，依據歐盟已實施之同行審查程序進行獨立第三方國際專家審查，以提昇核安、確認改善成效。

專家小組來台前已完成報告書面審查，在台期間，除與原能會技術人員討論外，並將與國內學者專家進行研討，由NGO代表、學者專家提供專家小組詳細深入資訊，另也將赴核三及核四廠實地查證。該小組在台期間並無拜訪其他公私機構行程，也不接受媒體採訪。專家小組預訂10月3日完成整體審查作業，正式報告英文版預定1個月後送達，屆時原能會將對外公開。
