黃世銘9月6日後仍與馬通話 府：無指揮辦案

檢察總長黃世銘在立院答詢時，自爆自9月6日之後曾多次與馬總統電話聯繫。總統府發言人李佳霏強調，馬英九總統與黃世銘通電，都是針對新聞議題、外界質疑，希望黃世銘對外說清楚，要求黃世銘對外界疑慮，盡快說明清楚，不曾對案件本身有指示，絕非指揮辦案。

此外，對台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉違法監聽、洩密等案，將以證人身分約談馬英九總統出庭。李佳霏表示，尊重司法，若有約談馬總統會以證人身分出庭。
