被指血汗醫院 台大長庚改進

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北30日電）被指血汗醫院，有醫院大喊不公平，台大醫院北護分院及林口長庚醫院表示，已經檢討改進，不能以1次處分就認定為血汗醫院。

醫療改革基金會今天公布民國101到102年違反勞動基準法的血汗醫療院所共9縣市、21家，包括衛生福利部的3家醫院，有嘉義、豐原及台東醫院，另有台大北護分院、台中榮總嘉義分院、林口長庚醫院及北市醫美診所等。

台大醫院北護分院因延長工時，超過法令規定，5月24日被處分。院長蔡克嵩今天表示，事件是發生在農曆年前，患者比平常加倍，致使工時超過法令規定，不過，已經檢討改善。

林口長庚醫院因延長工時未依規定加給工資，而被處分。長庚醫院回應，已經修改相關規定，之後不會再有類似情況發生。1020930
