我在某間私立學校擔任計劃助理一職當初簽訂契約時，有額外在約上加註「試用期」期限且與我交接之前任職員告知我試用期若不適應可隨時提出離職 (聘約上寫提前一個月告知) 在到任後不久，基於身體舊疾復發無法負荷工作，尤其工作需經常性超時我亦難以在夜間就診欲申請離職專注於治療與休養無奈單位主管不予准辭強制要求就任至聘期滿，或接替人員到職且以「交接時主管未在場因此不承認試用期之內容」為由關於工作量與工時未在交接時詳加闡述的部份則以「應徵時未主動詢問詳細內容」為由 -------------------- 基於個人健康需求，我需要離開這樣的工作專心於治療自己的疾病，或是一個可以讓我有時間治療的簡易工作但是我的主管不放人，強制執行契約內容我有適當的管道可以順利離職嗎？工作單位是否會為此和我求償？可能會有哪方面的求償?
