嗆「我就是要關你」 惡檢林冠佑遭彈劾

去年遭民間司改會檢舉的惡檢林冠佑，因開庭態度不佳，今（5）日遭監委洪昭男彈劾。去年司改會召開記者會曾指出，檢察官林冠佑開庭時嗆被告說：「我認為你是壞人，怎樣？怎樣？」他還要求沒有收到通知的被告，「把信箱背在身上」。

司改會當時在記者會現場播放一段偵查庭的錄音。被告因為一起普通的車禍擦撞導致被害人跌倒，錄音中不時聽到檢察官訓斥被告、阻止被告陳述意見。林冠佑檢察官對被告說：「是不是壞人是我說啦！」「我認為你是壞人，怎樣？怎樣？」檢察官甚至要求被害人不能和被告和解，他對被害人說：「說句實話，我就不喜歡他」、「你們要挺我，不可以跟他和解！」他還說「看他（被告）那個樣子，我就想關他！」

隨後，司改會向檢察官評鑑委員會檢舉，評鑑委員會審議後完成決議，由法務部移送監察院審查，並建議休職2年之懲戒。
