偷機車良心不安自首　女遭判拘役30天

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名20多歲闕姓女子，日前路過1處社區時，看見停放在騎樓上的機車鑰匙沒拔，便隨手將鑰匙偷偷拔走；返家告訴李姓男友後，2人便一同重返現場，李男用偷來的鑰匙發動機車，闕女則在路口把風，得手後，2人把該機車當作外出或行竊的代步工具，沒有使用時，則將贓車藏在住處隱密草叢內。

但1個星期後，闕女良心發現，直接騎著贓車前往警局自首，全案依竊盜罪起訴，法官認為闕女主動自首，且犯後態度尚佳，判處拘役30天，或易科罰金3萬元；至於下手偷機車的李男，則由檢方另案偵辦中。
