台南查獲二百噸毒澱粉　聲押業者

【綜合報導】台南市善化區茂利澱粉廠今年五月被查獲製造含順丁烯二酸毒澱粉，業者竟在倉庫暗藏二百公噸毒澱粉，並摻入新粉冒用他廠包裝繼續販售牟利。檢警昨前往搜索，共查扣四百五十公噸問題澱粉，除追查毒澱粉流向，並將負責人徐東銘（五十五歲）依違反《食品衛生管理法》法辦，檢方訊後向法官聲請羈押。

對茂利製造毒澱粉涉隱匿不報，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美昨撂重話，業者將面臨最重一千五百萬元罰款，還可處三年徒刑。
