基隆黃色小鴨今天彩排不順，明天將再來一次。

基隆黃色小鴨今天首次下海試航，在海洋廣場前不慎擦撞前導拖帶的緝私艇「破皮」，還因操練不順，未完成定位及機電測試，為了讓彩排更順利，明天（20日）再來一次，上午10點起由西18號放下水，游入海洋廣場到定位、下錨等作業，估計中午12點之前完成排練，今天未看到小鴨的民眾，可把握明天的機會。
