【胡治言／綜合報導】基隆小鴨因授權問題惹爭議，台灣智慧卡公司決定「不玩了」。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，台灣智慧卡公司決定將目前販售的黃色小鴨智慧卡下架，並接受消費者退貨、退款，估計將使公司損失3、4百萬元。
