標題[發問] 高捷紀念卡可借City Bike嗎？

今天一早就到文化中心領了高捷紀念 卡，雖然知道可以儲值，但是也可以 像一般一卡通一樣，綁定借用高雄市 的City Bike嗎？ 另外再問一下，今天高捷紀念卡摸彩 只有現場才有摸獎資格嗎？還是會網 路公佈得獎號碼呢？ --- 這是簽名檔 --
