少女拉K遭多人性侵　泣訴記不得次數

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市2名16、17歲的少女，赴約時好奇拉K後，因意識不清疑遭數名男子性侵、猥褻，2女泣訴，記不得被性侵幾次；高等法院昨將呂姓男子、翁姓男子依乘機性交等罪，分別判處6年8月、3年半徒刑，仍可上訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，該案其他3名被告，葉姓男子(19歲)因各賠償53、60萬元給對方，已達成和解，1審獲判2年、緩刑5年；另名蔣姓男子(19歲)依乘機猥褻罪判處1年徒刑；鄭姓男子涉及轉讓毒品，被判9月徒刑、緩刑3年，須支付公庫10萬元，3人都未上訴二審，已定讞。
