【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國日前在引起主權爭議的南海實施新的漁業限制，美國昨日表示「是挑釁並可能造成危險的作為」。

據《路透》報導，中國政府表示，規定外國漁船必須獲得許可，才能進入南海海域作業。美國國務院發言人表示：「針對其他國家在南海引起爭議區域的漁業活動通過這些限制，是挑釁並可能造成危險的作為。」、「中國宣稱擁有這些廣泛海域的主權，但未提出任何說明或國際法上的根據。」
