我的重點是買預售屋頭期款當工程款分期繳負擔比較小
當然現在要在板橋複製一樣的模式應該蠻難的
除非選郊區
譬如我三年前要換房時有考慮過鶯歌(當時聽說以後有捷運鶯歌線)
那裡5年內新房一坪不超過12萬剩至有的不到十萬
重點是就算沒捷運離火車站也很近到台北其實還算方便
現在不知道一坪多少了
如果現在複製一樣的方式我可能會考慮這裡

題外話:我1998年退伍高職學歷起薪就26K了
現在...唉~
還有自己一個人一個月13000其實還蠻夠花的(在當時)
一點都不辛苦(公司有供應中餐)
