台北市長參選人鍾小平告發連勝文涉嫌收受頂新集團康師傅TDR（台灣存託憑證）退佣，涉嫌背信罪。他今天上午9時到台北地檢署出庭前指出，康師傅的TDR是由永豐金承銷，連勝文在2012年擔任永豐銀董事的期間，卻將原本頂新要給永豐金的退佣收進自己私人口袋，這是沒有退路的，就要看檢察官敢不敢辦他。
