電腦視窗無法完全全螢幕

一般人開全螢幕的時候，只要把游標網下移，最上面那條東西就會消失。
（就是有最小化＆還原＆關閉那條）

可是我的全螢幕卻只有藍色那條會消失＞＿＜！其他下面的東西都還在！

因為我的電腦是筆電，而且螢幕小，因為那條東西不消失所以我很多網頁遊戲都不能玩，因為遊戲畫面顯示不完整，很多東西都按不到。

請問，要怎麼樣解決呢？

順帶一提：我的電腦用的是ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ　ＸＰ
