這種情況算違造文書嗎？

希望各位懂法律的先進可以替小弟解答一下

情況是這樣的

小弟家中是開會計事務所的
有親戚一對夫妻請我們辦公司登記
一開始公司負責人是老婆的
但中間有一些事情~~老婆把公司轉讓給老公
現在因為老公外遇不給老婆一條路走
要把公司停業
但老婆也就是前負責人來請我們把公司辦回去給她
我們是按照老婆的意思~~辦理變更登記
這下好了~~老公對我們寄出存證信函
準備提告違造文書與被信

夫妻的意見不一在這裡面有構成違造文書嗎？
且老婆也是前負責人
