本人101年總收入三萬多
被直銷公司申報為執行業務所得 (收到稅單才知道) 本人並非醫生律師等專業人士有執照
被追繳百分之 5稅金
本人不明白如果被報為薪資所得就一毛也不用繳
已被法務部行政執行署行政執行但本人無法心服口服繳
本人深感無公平正義更違反平等權為何薪資扣除額之權益被剝奪
請各位大大幫幫忙指點迷津
