Bamford 表示 HTC 不再注重於它是不是能夠變成第一，「我們對於銷售最好的手機感興趣，而不是銷售一般的手機；而且我認為能夠在這些策略中獲利」，和 Samsung 的策略－不管採取什麼方式，盡可能想要銷售更多支手機，有很大的不同，「我們想要做能獲利的顛覆性設計，針對利基 —— 想要有所不同的客群、專注於設計與品質的客群」。

Croyle 告訴我，「我們認為我們的產品是很棒的，我們只需要消費者走進店裡時，拾起它、拿著它，然後把它買走」。

M8現在剛推出,HTC轉變策略,
不像是samsung靠大筆的行銷費用來賣手機
而是讓大家知道手機的好,主動買下它
我覺得以這樣的方式針對消費者的需求
做出實用又有質感的手機,
這比任何廣告宣傳都還更有用啊!各位怎麼看呢?
