呷七碗用過期醬料　挨罰264萬

油飯名店「呷七碗」被新北衛生局查獲使用逾期醬料炒米粉，生產逾三千公斤、近一萬碗的炒米粉流入傳統市場及全台全聯，衛生局勒令下架，該公司竟繼續販售，衛生局發現烹煮區還有蟑螂衛生複查不合格等缺失，昨加重處分裁罰兩百六十四萬元。呷七碗昨發聲明坦承疏失接受消費者退貨，並已將問題食品下架。消基會痛批：「業者非常黑心，消保官可協調消費者，向業者索三倍懲罰性賠款。」（方佳怡、呂健豪╱新北報導）
