做餅乾一定要奶油嗎

我用鬆餅粉要做餅乾只加蛋跟牛奶或許也有加水烤出來不是太濕又烤外面硬裡面軟

後來我用低筋麵粉只用蛋跟糖跟牛奶烤出來也是差不多這樣

後來我用低筋麵粉+奶油跟蛋糖就沒這種現象!!!!!!

有些人沒用奶油也能做出餅乾或是只用鬆餅粉做出餅乾

我就得使用奶油

巧克力餅乾
我用低筋麵粉跟糖跟奶油跟馬琳乳巧克力

烤出來裡面還是軟軟的一直烤又變太乾周圍有焦一些!!!

檸檬炸彈一直要加泡打粉嗎!!!!
