中纖氣爆飄異味　採臭確認超標罰30萬

高雄市仁大工業區昨上午有民眾通報有不明化學異味，環保局兩度派員到區內的中國人造纖維股份有限公司高雄總廠稽查，經採樣檢驗分析，確認異味值高達1000以上，是標準20倍以上，環保局依法開罰30萬元。

環保局指出，昨上午獲報後進廠發現異味閥值偏高，同時新建污水處理廠及製程區逸散最嚴重，另在周界下風處的楠梓區興楠路進行異味採樣，經「三點式比較式嗅袋法」檢驗分析，結果異味值遠超出標準，依法裁罰30萬元。（周昭平／高雄報導）
