小英辦籲以公開民主程序 整合台兩岸共識

對於施明德等人提出針對兩岸關係提出五大呼籲，蔡英文辦公室發言人洪耀福上午指出，多年以來，已經有許多人提出這類的意見，有人還不止一次參與提議不同的建議，這顯示國內迄今仍然是缺乏共識，未來希望能有機會透過公開、民主程序，整合出台灣人民能接納的共識。
