桃園縣副縣長葉世文因桃園縣八德合宜住宅涉貪遭解職，桃園縣長吳志揚今（3）日列席縣議會總質詢，被議員問到此件弊案是否衝擊到年底選情時，吳志揚表情嚴肅，表示不想在議事堂談論這個問題。

對於縣府發生重大貪瀆弊案，吳志揚表示，為了讓葉世文所經手過的案件都能送交廉政署與檢調公開調查，昨天已經將秘書長鄭瑞成、城鄉發展局長吳啟民、工務局長朱惕之、地政局長林學堅等人調離現職，另外也建請法務部調整政風處長沈鳳樑職務。
