美眾院通過決議案　告歐巴馬濫權

美國眾議院今日通過決議案，要控告美國總統歐巴馬濫權，指出歐巴馬強制實施2010年健保法案，根本是超越憲法權力。

據英國《BBC》報導，該決議案以225對201票通過，而眾議院也將準備訴狀，控訴歐巴馬，但未指明具體時間。民主黨人表示，再來國會大選要到了，這份決議案是共和黨為了吸引保守派選民，參與11月的國會選舉投票；而歐巴馬則認為「這是份浪費時間的決議案」。

共和黨人則說，這是毫無根據的指控，他們純粹是因為歐巴馬濫權，而提出這份決議案。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
