男在墓園扮鬼還鬼叫　被罰3千

英國一名24歲男子史塔拉德(Anthony Stallard)在墓園內扮鬼還鬼叫，擾亂掃墓者，最後被判罰35英鎊(約新台幣1800元)以及賠償金20英鎊(約新台幣1千元)。

據英國《鏡報》報導，史塔拉德供稱當天在墓園附近踢足球，卻不時發出「嗚~~~嗚~~~」的聲音。法官認為，雖然踢足球可能會有激動的發語詞，但證據顯示，史塔拉德發出怪聲並非是因為踢足球，而是在故意在墓園內扮鬼，驚擾掃墓的家屬。

最後法官判史塔拉德35英鎊罰款，20英鎊賠償金，並要額外負擔20英鎊的訴訟費。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
