中華電信提醒，你行動上網用量已使用約612MB(超過月租優惠量70%，非即時統計)，逾優惠傳輸量需另付費.....

我使用的是學生方案591 照理說應該有5G的網路可以使用
但為什麼我才使用612MB 他就跟我說超過月租優惠量70%
