請問，無論是娘家媽媽或是婆婆，節儉捨不得丟食物，常把冰箱堆滿滿或是放到過期壞掉，如果我沒清理沒人會清，但是常聽人家說，丟食物會有業障！該如何處理？
或是平常沒吃完的剩菜放隔天會不新鮮，營養專家也是常說不要吃隔餐隔夜食物，那該如何處理這些食物呢？
