最近的天氣相當穩定，但氣溫也都高的嚇人！昨天是9月第一天，在1日午間13:14，台北市高溫為36.9度，氣象局氣象預報中心主任鄭明典說，這是台北站史上9月第二高溫。

鄭明典說，差一點點破紀錄，台北站9月最高溫紀錄是1946年9月11日的37.1度！過去有3次出現36.9度的紀錄，分別是1963.09.07；1964.09.12；2006.09.01。所以，氣候角度，台北真的很熱！

鄭明典指出，「我們關心氣候紀錄，因為很多自然或人類社會的活動都隨季節而變，對氣候有某種程度的調適作用，天氣太不尋常，往往會有些調適上的問題。」

在氣象預報上，氣候狀態是最基本的參考值，極端值預報往往有較高的挑戰性。記錄頻被打破，表示天氣預報的風險增加，防災天氣預報上的挑戰將更嚴苛！
