我的理解一直是行人+斑馬線 = 無敵不管有任何狀況只要你是汽機車駕駛人，通過斑馬線一定要讓行人，否則只要出事絕對是汽機車駕駛人負完全責任。今天在中港路坐同事的車，他綠燈準備右轉正在過斑馬線的一群年輕人以超慢的速度，一邊嘻笑通過同事按了他們喇叭，我則以不敢置信的表情看著他後來路人回嗆 : 叭三小，同事就跑下車，兩邊吵了起來而由於我前述理解，我認為我同事是完全站不住腳的，於是就下車勸架表明 : " 綠燈 + 斑馬線 + 行人 = 無敵 " 就算人家用爬的爬過馬路，你也無可奈何 " 同事卻覺得我很可悲，一定不會開車。出事居然不站在他那邊但我自己在駕車時碰到行人過斑馬線，無論紅綠燈必讓想請問我這想法有錯嗎 ? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.165.166.37 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1410085401.A.C1E.html
