食藥署昨天公布餿水油相關檢驗報告，獨缺郭烈成地下工廠劣油檢體，食藥署副署長姜郁美今天表示，將請屏東衛生局前往了解是否能取樣檢驗，若能取樣將帶回檢驗，但仍重申不管檢驗是否合格，餿水油就是不能流入食品，只要流入食品全需下架回收。學者除建議檢驗檢體應更多外，更建議擴大檢驗項目，例如所有黴菌可能產生的毒素、所有重金屬、電解質等。
