接觸式探頭接觸力，當然與接觸的質量與加減速度有關。

不過比較先進的會在探頭上產生微電流，當 [快要] 碰觸時會與物體產生電子吸附效應造成電頻改變因此等同於微接觸。
這樣的接觸力量可以達到最小。
