租屋奧客不告而別 搬走房東四台電視

【朱俊彥／台中報導】台中市一名蘇姓女子，今年2月間將建國南路一間四房公寓以月租16800元，押金29800元，出租給李姓(35歲，偽造文書、詐欺前科)及陳姓(36歲、強盜、恐嚇等前科)男子，租約1年。 

2人付了第1個月租金及押金後，言明每月25日都會將房租匯給蘇女，4月26日蘇女沒收到房租，打電話給2人也都沒接，6月底到租屋處一看，早己人去樓空，屋內原有四台總值46000元液晶電視也被搬走，向警方報案。
  
蘇女表示，不知二名男子前科累累，欠房租不還，偷偷搬走還偷走她的電視，真是惡質、奧客，警方經多次傳訊二男人未到案，全案依侵佔罪嫌函送法辦。
