標題[問題] 交車日期被變更

各位版友大哥好: 有一個問題想請教大家，四月底我於高雄某間營業所訂了Altis 1.8E的車，也確實於四月底交車，當時登入Toyota官網的愛車秘書，確實交車日期是顯示今年四月底，最近再登入時卻發現交車日期變成五月份，但這會衍生一個問題，五月份時高都是有 25週年的活動，五月交車的交車禮為贈送DVD導航加上倒車攝影，以及6000元的酬賓禮卷，可購買Toyota的禮品，但我卻沒拿到這些東西，想詢問是否是該營業廠利用我的交車去換得贈品，之後再轉手賣給下個購車客戶獲取價差，我該如何爭取自己的權益呢?希望各位先進可以幫忙給個方向，謝謝! 另外補上蘋果日報2013.07.21的新聞: [車廠客服員擅用個資抽獎] 稱測App程式忘記刪 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/appledaily/article/headline/20130721/35165154/ 該新聞網址如上，跟我的情況有點類似，也怕自己成為受害者，謝謝各位觀看! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.139.3
