重建經濟信心 劉憶如：先提高薪資水準

前財政部長劉憶如在聯合報系《關鍵時刻2013 台灣經濟開路高峰會》論壇表示，台灣現在的政策方向太重視進出口數據，然而，提高薪資和提高民間消費，才是振興經濟的最佳方案。

劉憶如分析，台灣GDP組成中，進出口約佔整體10%，民間消費卻占六成以上。台灣近十年來民間投資停滯，導致薪資水準和民間消費無法一體成長。但是，台灣政策一面倒給予進出口商優惠，沒有正視台灣無法吸引國際資金的問題，本末倒置的結果，就是讓台灣實質薪水陷入16年停滯。
