蜂蜜勿亂喝！　香港首現狂蜜病中毒

【綜合報導】雖說蜂蜜滋潤，但千萬不要亂喝！最新一期《香港醫學雜誌》指出，一名48歲男子服用外地友人送贈的蜂蜜後急性中毒，其間胸痛、腹痛、頭暈、視力模糊和嚴重低血壓，送院治療後逐漸康復。院方從其尿液和曾服用的蜂蜜內，驗出梫木毒素（grayanotoxin），確診為全港首宗狂蜜病中毒。

梫木毒素存在於月桂、馬醉木、絆足花等杜鵑花科植物，若蜜蜂在這些植物間採蜜，便易染毒。醫生呼籲巿民，不要購買在高風險地方，如土耳其、黑海一帶生產的蜂蜜，以減低中毒風險。

醫生還提醒，狂蜜病一般在3小時內發病，如果服用蜂蜜後出現頭暈、心跳緩慢等徵狀，應盡快求醫。
