ITC對部分蘋果產品禁售令 遭白宮否決

美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）6月初對蘋果部分產品做出禁售的裁定，卻遭到白宮推翻。這是自1987年以來，美國政府首度否決ITC祭出的產品禁令。

美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）6月4日曾做出裁定，認為蘋果透過美國電話電報公司（AT&T）等電信業者銷售的部分舊款手機，侵犯三星電子（Samsung）一項專利，因此對這些產品判決禁止銷售。

禁令主要涵蓋在美國市場不再熱銷的多款蘋果產品，包括供應AT&T的iPhone 4、iPhone 3和3GS，以及亦由AT&T銷售的iPad 3G、iPad 2 3G等。

華府官員解釋，這次否決禁令的決定，是基於對各種政策考量的檢討評估，它們攸關對美國經濟競爭狀態以及對消費者的影響。

針對禁售令遭到白宮否決，蘋果表示歡迎；不過，三星則表達失望。
