培瑞茲心情好 「這次媒體比較友善」

【何哲欣／台北報導】菲律賓特使培瑞茲上午抵台，到小琉球向洪石成家屬為廣大興案道歉，晚間再返回台北與外交部長林永樂秘會約一小時。會後培瑞茲先行離去，未留在外交部開記者會，他離去前受訪說，一個月內將繼續與台灣進行漁業談判，此次將在台北舉行。他也說，要為廣大興案，「向台灣致歉」。至於此行的感想，他開玩笑說，「這次來台比較高興，因為媒體對我比較友善」。
