小弟上星期五才從台中矽品大豐廠面試.我畢業淡水某私立大學化工系學士.無工作經驗工作職務:BUMPING PE 考完英文和性向測驗英文差不多620多分... 性向測驗結果就不贅述.. 接著就是主管面談...面談的對象是課長跟我面試的內容大多就是公司工作環境、未來發展、工時、加班狀況等談話內容是還蠻詳細的..該有的都有...工作內容我是都還蠻可以接受的唯一沒和我提到的就是待遇:我有填期望待遇..他是跟我說一定會有達到這個標準他說人資那邊會再審核一次因為小弟的興趣寫打羽球...剛好和課長同嗜好..他也問我都在哪個球場打之類的面談大約長達30~40分鐘左右面試完課長後..人資要我把未填寫完的表格填完填完後...人資和我要說等7~10天的通知版上說都會當天會有2次面試如果當下沒有2次面試表示沒機會了.. 真的是這樣嗎??因為手頭上已經有OFFER再做決定..但矽品是我最想進的我該繼續等嗎??若要等我就要推掉手頭的OFFER了...有甚麼建議嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.56.144 ※ 編輯: dante791130 來自: 123.110.56.144 (08/20 18:57) ※ 編輯: dante791130 來自: 123.110.56.144 (08/20 19:03)
