潭美夾豐沛雨量　白冷國小擺沙包防土石

【李陳信得／台中報導】潭美颱風帶來豐沛雨量，台中市和平山區更降下驚人雨量，大甲溪多座水庫進行調節性排洪，致使原水濁度上升，大雨今天也造成天輪社區山坡土石流居民在區公所撤離19位居民，白冷國小也用三層沙包將大門口圍起，防止土石再次沖入校園內，昨晚間下起大豪雨，當地李姓居民擔心安危起床發現土石慢慢順著雨水沖下，趕緊向里長求助，今上午區公所派出機具清除土石疏通水溝減緩雨水沖刷造成災情。
